EC Nationals
As an Au Pair from a country that is a full member of the EC, you are permitted to take employment in the UK.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Greece, Netherlands, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
Non EC Nationals
As a Non EC National Au Pair you are only permitted to work for 25 hours per week with two full days free. Pocket money should be £65.00 (sterling) per week.
